Port Blair, March 4: The Member of Parliament Shri Bishnu Pada Ray, while participating in the discussion during the Zero Hour Session in the Lok Sabha yesterday evening at 6.30 P.M., has asked the government to grant Ration Allowance to the Police personnels working the A&N Islands.
Bishnu said, “Though Andaman and Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep are remotely located, they are never far from our thoughts, he further advised that the concerns of the Islands need to be addressed by various Department of the Government in a sensitive and effective manner”.
