ACCI Stresses on Lifting Ban on Land Conversion |

Port Blair, Sept. 3: Andaman Chamber of Commerce and Industry has stressed on the need for removing the ban on conversion/ diversion of land for commercial purpose in Andaman District. In a letter to the Lt. Governor, a copy of which was sent to the press, its President, Shri HN Arora has requested his intervention for issuing suitable direction for removing the ban, which, he said, is causing delay in execution of new projects in all sectors of the economy, especially tourism.

Port Blair, Sept. 3: Training on Counting Procedure will be held for all ROs & AROs engaged in the Panchayat Elections at the Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Auditorium, Port Blair on 04.09.2010 at 09.00 AM.
Training to Sector Officers will also be held at 11.00 A.M. at the same venue and date.
